About Eddy & Lewin Homes

Pat and Tom were destined to work together even before they knew each other. In the early 1970s, Pat entered the construction business doing rough carpentry. He then started his own building company in 1976. During that same time period, Tom was selling residential real estate with a specialty in new home sales. Their work caused their paths to cross, and in 1990, Eddy & Lewin Homes, Inc. was born. "Working together gives us a tremendous opportunity to pool our talents and pass on our collective knowledge to our customers," said Tom. With more than 75 years of combined experience in the housing industry, Pat and Tom can honestly speak as experts when it comes to home building.
